A passionate design enthusiast and Colorado native, Kristi Volskis is a seasoned architect who brings over 20 years of local and international experience to her work. With degrees from the University of Colorado and the Illinois Institute of Technology, she’s known for crafting innovative, tactile, and thought-provoking spaces that reflect her deep love of design and problem-solving.

Kristi’s diverse portfolio spans high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, luxury homes, and boutique medical environments. Influenced by time spent in Boulder, Chicago, San Francisco, and abroad, she draws inspiration from global architecture—blending Scandinavian materiality, the vibrancy of Mexico City, and the natural integration of Portugal into her eclectic approach.

After nearly a decade as the first and only female partner at JoeArchitect in Denver, she relocated to the Vail Valley in 2021 to launch a new chapter, founding LVKA. From this mountain base, she now leads both residential and commercial projects across North America, driven by discovery, collaboration, and lasting client relationships.

His mission is to connect clients and business partners with world-class architectural solutions that are tailored to their unique vision—solutions that elevate how people live, work, and experience the built environment.

With over 23 years of experience in business development, strategic growth, and relationship-building, Brandon helps homeowners, developers, and organizations bring a wide range of architectural projects to life. He works alongside the design teams to ensure every project is rooted in integrity—from the first exploratory communication to project completion.

Brandon thrives on the relationships that drive success—building trust, aligning goals, and unlocking new opportunities. He believes that great architecture starts with great partnerships, and he’s committed to creating lasting value for every client and collaborator.

With over two decades of experience in architectural design—primarily focused on commercial architecture and interior environments—Caroline Linster has built a reputation for creating spaces that balance form, function, and a deep understanding of how people live and work. While much of her career has been rooted in high-performance commercial projects, Caroline has long been drawn to the more personal, human-centered nature of residential design. Now, as a key member of LVKA Design, she brings that passion to the forefront, with an approach to design that is grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and a strong belief that the best spaces are those that reflect the lives and values of the people who inhabit them.

Based in beautiful Colorado, Caroline works on both residential and commercial projects locally, nationally, and internationally. No matter the scale or location, she is committed to designing spaces that are thoughtful, functional, and uniquely tailored to each client’s vision. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for the craft, she continues to build environments that feel as good as they look—and stand the test of time.
